In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top puzzle games on iOS in Hungary revealed intriguing trends. Here's a closer look at the performance metrics for the leading five apps in the category, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Screwdom by Zego Global Pte Ltd showed a significant upward trajectory in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $4K in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 2.3K in early May before declining to 338 by the end of June. Active users also varied, peaking at 9.4K in mid-May and ending the quarter at around 7.6K.

Color Block Jam from Rollic Games maintained a steady revenue stream, hitting a high of nearly $3K in the last week of June. While downloads saw a decline from an initial 2.2K to just over 1.2K, active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 8.7K throughout the quarter.

Angry Birds 2 by Rovio Entertainment Oyj experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a noticeable drop to $91 in late May before recovering to $893 by the end of June. Downloads peaked at 1.2K in late April, while active users reached a high of 12.2K in the same period, stabilizing around 6.6K by quarter-end.

June’s Journey: Hidden Objects from Wooga saw moderate revenue growth, peaking at $726 in early June. Downloads remained low, with a maximum of 122 in late April. Active users showed a slight increase, finishing the quarter at 775.

Finally, Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes by Kahoot ASA experienced varied revenue, with a peak of $915 in mid-May. Downloads saw a resurgence, reaching 802 in early June. However, active users decreased significantly, from over 11K at the beginning of the quarter to just 1.4K by the end.
